Our Christmas centrepiece: six hand-wrapped savoury zongzi chosen for a table full of people — two Meigancai Pork Rib & Chestnut, two Pork Belly & Salted Egg Yolk, one Chinese Sausage & Salted Egg Yolk and one Dried Scallop, Pork & Egg Yolk. Steamed the morning we deliver, packed in a festive gift box with a printed card. A limited edition until 25 December: our van delivers Christmas boxes on 21, 22 and 23 December (chilled post any time). A 3D pop-up Christmas card with your printed message is included.
Every one of these is wrapped by hand in bamboo leaves on the morning of delivery, tied with cotton string and steamed slowly so the rice drinks in the filling. It arrives fresh, never frozen — steam for ten minutes if it has cooled.
