    Every paid order on a full account adds points automatically. Points never expire.

  • Refer a friend: 10 points each

    Share your link. When a friend pays for their first order, you get 10 points and they get 10.

  • Rewards from 100 points

    Add a reward to your basket and it comes in the box with your next zongzi order. Points are deducted when you pay.

Add a reward to your basket and it is packed into the same box as your next zongzi order (minimum 6). We never post rewards on their own, and your points are only deducted when that order is paid. Prefer to keep your points? Most rewards can simply be bought — tap “Buy” and it joins your basket like any zongzi.

Rewards start from 100 points and always travel inside a zongzi order of 6 or more. Bought or redeemed, they arrive in the same box.

Good to know

How do I earn points?
Every £1 you spend on a paid order earns 1 point when you order with a ZongZong account. Guest orders do not earn points.
How do I get a reward?
Sign in, open the rewards shop and tap “Add to my next order” on anything you can afford. It goes into your basket like a zongzi, and we deduct the points when you pay for that order. The reward is packed into the same box.
Can a reward be posted on its own?
No — rewards always travel with a zongzi order of at least 6. If you prefer, you can reserve a reward now and we keep it aside for whichever order comes next.
Can I buy a reward instead of using points?
Yes. Most rewards show a price in pounds next to their points value — tap “Buy” and it goes into your basket like any other item, no account needed. It is still packed into the same box as your zongzi order.
What is the greeting card?
A printed card with your own message, tucked into the box. Pay 100 points for it as a reward, or simply buy it for £2.50 at checkout.
How does the referral bonus work?
Share your personal link from your account. When a friend signs up with it and pays for their first order, you both receive 10 points. Only their first order counts.
Do points expire?
No. Your points stay in your account until you spend them.
