We deliver to 319 outward codes across Greater London and beyond. Everywhere within about 30 minutes' drive of our kitchen pays the normal delivery fee; up to 75 minutes we still come, with a distance charge from £4 to £12 per order shown at checkout. Use the postcode checker to be sure.

The £60 free-delivery threshold doesn't cover it, but each band's own amount does, and so does joining a neighbour's run on the same day. You see it at checkout before you pay; further than 75 minutes we post chilled instead.

When a neighbour further out has already booked our van for a day, anyone within about 3 km who orders for that same day pays no distance charge. The checkout marks those days “Neighbour's run”, and every van order comes with a link you can share so neighbours can join yours.

A flexible window is £1.99 and an exact two-hour slot is £3.99. Over £60 windows are free and an exact slot costs just £2; over £100 every slot is free.

Yes — bank holidays and special days such as Christmas delivery carry a £2 extra per order, on top of the slot fee. It still applies when your basket qualifies for free delivery, and you see it on the day before you choose it.

Do you charge the Congestion Charge in central London?

Yes. Our van pays Transport for London's Congestion Charge whenever it enters the central zone, so van orders to an address inside the zone add £15 when the slot falls in the charging hours: 07:00–18:00 Monday to Friday, 12:00–18:00 on weekends and bank holidays (none between Christmas Day and New Year's Day). It is added per order and never waived, even when delivery is free. Evening slots from 18:00 avoid it, and chilled post never pays it. The postcode checker and the checkout show it before you pay.
